We were fortunate to discover Mindful Mycology while shopping at the Roswell Farmers Market. I like to add 2 droppers of lions Mane into my morning coffee. Sophie educated us on the processing and purity of their mushroom tinctures compared to other companies that don�t use organic fruited bodies or a dual extraction method. I feel good about what they put in their bottles and will never buy another mushroom extract on Amazon again.

I've been taking mushroom supplements in various forms for several years. Within a couple of days of switching to Mindfull Mycology extracts I noticed so much change. I have been taking Reishi Extract for 5 or 6 months, mainly to help with chronic insomnia. I have tried many, many natural remedies, without lasting success. I found that after taking the Reishi extract for a few weeks, I was sleeping much better on most nights. Even on nights that were disrupted, I still felt more rested and refreshed the next morning. In addition to helping with sleep issues, I find that the extract gives me a general feeling of well-being and helps alleviate stress. My friends and I had an awesome time at this bountiful mushroom foray. We visited from New Orleans and learned about some new and familiar species in Georgia. I was attracted by the foraging and but enjoyed observing and practicing some cultivation techniques. Sam is a great teacher with a very accessible speaking style. I recommend for newbees and intermediate. The forest on their property was full of great finds, fungal and beyond. The delicious lunch Sophie made and bonding with like-minded fungi nerds made it all the more special! I only wish there will be a medicine making workshop in the future.
