We extract using a Hielscher Ultrasonic Processor, engineered in Germany — one of the most efficient extraction methods available. Ultrasonic-assisted extraction lets us pull compounds at very low temperatures, so we never degrade heat-sensitive medicinal compounds like the ones in Lion's Mane.

What's included in The Founder's Bundle? One bottle each of Lion's Mane, Reishi, and Turkey Tail — the first three extracts we ever produced, back in 2021.

I'm new to medicinal mushrooms — how do I start? We recommend introducing one extract at a time over your first couple of weeks, starting with a half dose, before adding the next. This lets you notice how each one affects you individually before combining all three into your daily routine.

How much do I save buying the bundle instead of individually? By buying the blend, you save 10% off each bottle and dose.

Can I choose different sizes for each bottle? Bundles can be purchased in our 2oz or 4oz sizes, but different sizes cannot be mixed and matched in one order.  

How much of each extract should I take? We recommend 2mL daily per extract once acclimated. New users should start with 1mL daily for 1–2 weeks before moving to the full dose.

Do these taste different from each other? Yes. Reishi is naturally bitter and earthy, Lion's Mane has a unique umami flavor with cacao undertones, and Turkey Tail is earthy with a mild bitterness. All three are easy to take under the tongue or mixed into tea, coffee, smoothies or water.

How is this different from the Flow, Modulate, and Defend blends? This bundle gives you three single-mushroom extracts, so you can control exactly how much of each you take, or isolate how one affects you before combining them. Flow, Modulate, and Defend are pre-blended 50/50 combinations built around a specific use case (focus, metabolism, or sleep).
